What your describing is very true and maybe corresponds with the spiritual idea, that different emotions have different frequencies and while positive emotions have the highest frequencies, anger is still much higher than for example apathy. Maybe because your full instead of depleated from emotion

Perhaps this is because these spiritual explanations and descriptions are often based precisely on the perception of very subtle sensations, and they find ways to describe them using terms such as “frequency”.

In this video (https://substack.com/@phenomenologicaldescriptions/p-189062018), I present a depiction that also resembles certain more spiritual ideas, such as the notion of chakras. However, I believe that the way I perceive these phenomena differs from the emotions and functions usually associated with chakras in those traditions.
