Video Text
This is an animation that tries to represent how I usually feel the unfolding of some emotions from bodily sensations and the reorientation of my attention to different parts of my body.
More detailed descriptions can be found in the Articles: “Pay Attention to Attention“; “Attention from...“; “Emotions“ and those dedicated to each specific emotion. (The links are below in the Links section)
**
Emotions
It is as if there were centers around which a posture associated with an emotion is organized, generating a tendency to action.
Changes in breathing, heart function, body temperature, and sweating, as well as changes in skin conductance, tensions, tremors in other muscle groups, and piloerection, may occur as a result of this central sensation/reaction.

The next image represents how I experience the shift of my attention throughout my own body.
**
Proprioceptive Attention
When I choose to focus on a specific region, I notice an extremely subtle micromovement or internal tension in the area of the throat, near the hyoid bone, which seems to guide my attention toward the chosen point.
As I make this movement, I also notice that the spot where I feel the coolness of the air on my nostrils changes, suggesting a relationship between this micromovement in the throat and my respiratory perception.
This sensation can be perceived not only at the edges of the nostrils, but also deeper in other parts of the upper airways, depending on internal adjustments that allow the air to be felt touching these regions.
